The Grand Juror Notebook

The powers that ought not be are attempting to keep our county Grand Jurors from realizing the true power they have to tackle corruption. They sit higher than the county prosecutor or even judge. They are the true voice of the community.

This was an extremely productive day speaking with Grand Jurors in Merrimack County. The Grand Jury is a powerful tool that can root out corruption in government and corporations, which are government creations.  If you would like to educate Grand Jurors in your county please reach out. 


The more Jurors we provide with the truth, the faster we can eliminate the tyrants that are attempting to destroy our American way of life.

    The history of the Grand Jury system is rich and exciting. From errant corporations to city political machines and mob bosses the Grand Jury has been the tool to crush them all.

    To provide a means of connecting Grand Jurors with the public so that areas of concern can be  discussed and investigated. By empowering the Grand Jury we ensure good governance and efficient use of taxpayer money.

    2) A formal written accusation to a court by a grand jury, made on its own initiative without a request or presentation of evidence by the local prosecutor. For example, in the 2013 Florida case State v. Womack, the District Court of Appeal held that each comment made by the grand jury in a presentment, which alleged wrongdoing by public officials, with a factual foundation that was germane to the scope of the inquiry was necessarily proper and in turn could not be repressed or expunged.
